You may check the status of your order at any time. CareLinc MedSurg will respond to emails when the order is ready for pickup or has tracking information upon shipment. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed in the order they were received on the next business day.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Returns
Merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase from CareLinc MedSurg is required for all returns.
When returning a product please do the following:
Include a copy of the original invoice or a note with original invoice #, purchase date, and item number for the product.
Items must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.
Shipping costs and/or a 20% re-stocking fee for items beyond 30 days from purchase may apply.

Delivery/Shipping Policy
CareLinc MedSurg may use UPS ground or FedEx ground for shipping within the continental US 48 state area that is out of the Kalamazoo/Portage area. Overnight shipping may be possible for some products. For local orders in the Kalamazoo/Portage service area, CareLinc MedSurg may use its own delivery trucks.
Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damages due to Shipping/Delivery
If you receive an order that arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact CareLinc MedSurg immediately upon receiving the delivery. Claims must be made within two business days.
Payment
CareLinc MedSurg accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards for online orders.
Those who have accounts with CareLinc MedSurg can place orders using their house account.
Customers picking up orders at one of our CareLinc locations can also pay by cash upon pickup.
