I need to return an item, or request a refund. How do I do that?


With your account and order number on-hand, you can call 269.381.3252, option 2, email weborders@carelincmed.com or use the “Contact Us” link on the website. Also, please review our return policy here!


How do I check shipping dates, invoices, open orders, etc.?


All of this information is available in your “Customer Connect”! It will bring you to this page when you log in. Also, if you need to access it again, click the person in the circle in the top right hand corner, and click my account!


How do I create an account?


Click on the person in the circle in the right hand corner of the screen, and hit sign up (or use this hyperlink!). This will bring you to a page where you can login if you already have an account, create an account, or create an account for a business.


How do I know if an item is backordered when I’m purchasing?


Our system has a live feed on our stock quantities, with some exceptions, if it says there is no stock – it will be backordered. It will be then ordered and will be shipped out to you as soon as we receive it.


How do I pay for my order?


You can either pay by credit card at checkout or, if you create/have a business account setup with us, we can set up Net Terms for you to pay with!


How do I request a quote?


Add items to your cart, click on your cart on the top right hand corner, click View/Edit cart, and just above the items in your cart will be a button that says “Request Quotation”. From there we will either accept or reject the quote and let you know why. Keep a close eye on your email when requesting a quote!


How long does my quote last?


MedSurg quotes should all have dates of expiration on them, generally, this will be a validation period of 30 days from when it was received.
